  • Diagnosis of no-hot-water, leaks, rust, noise, and pilot/ignition problems
  • Repairs — thermostats, heating elements, gas valves, thermocouples, anode rods
  • Tank water heater replacement, gas and electric, all common sizes
  • Tankless installation and conversions, including gas and venting upgrades
  • Proper sizing so you don't run out of hot water
  • Expansion tanks, drain pans, shutoffs, and code upgrades
  • Annual flushing and maintenance to make units last
  • Old unit hauled away and disposed of

A water heater problem is never convenient — you find out when the shower goes cold or the closet floor is wet. Water heaters are the only thing we do, and it means we've seen every failure a tank or tankless unit can throw: a burnt-out heating element, a bad thermostat, a failed gas valve or thermocouple, a stuck pilot, an anode rod that rusted out years ago, or a tank that finally split at the seam.

When a unit can be fixed, we fix it — element and thermostat swaps, gas-valve and thermocouple replacements, and flushing out the sediment that's killing efficiency. When it's done, we replace it, usually same day on standard gas or electric tanks. We carry common sizes and size it right, so a bigger household isn't fighting over hot water. If you're ready to stop replacing a tank every ten years, we install tankless units — endless hot water, wall-mounted, with the gas line, venting, and condensate all handled to code.

If it heats water, we work on it — repair, replace, or a brand-new tankless.

Every job includes the code pieces inspectors and insurers care about: expansion tank, drain pan, proper shutoffs and venting. We flush and test the units we install so they last, and we haul the old one away. Serving Antioch and the greater Nashville and Davidson County area — call and we'll get your hot water back.
